Shipping Policy

Axolotls will be shipped Monday-Wednesday. If shipping is to be delayed for any reason, you will receive an email with a new ship date.

The Clutch has an alive on arrival guarantee. Contact must be made within an hour of receiving your shipment, and a picture must be sent of the lotl in its original packaging. If something happens, and the axolotl is DOA, a full refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued. Shoot me an email if you would like to arrange a local pickup.

It is illegal to own an axolotl in California, Maine, and New Jersey. Shipping is also unavailable to New Mexico
